    Tents

If purchasing a tent, look for a strong, sewn-in floor. The floor is the area of the tent likely to cop the most abuse, and always seems to wear out before any other components. This will become obvious when camping on wet ground. Look also for strong poles and adequate ventilation. A vestibule click to see photo at each end is useful for storing packs overnight. If you have a choice, go for bright, visible colours to make yourself easy to find in the bush.
